EXPAND GLOBAL CONSUMPTION OF MAKHANA AND ITS NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS TO THE SOCIETY AND PROVIDING ECONOMIC BENEFIT TO SMALL AND MARGINAL GROWERS.

MISSION :

ENGAGING 10 LAC FARMERS WITH 2 LAC TON / ANNUM PRODUCTION ACROSS THE GLOBE BY 2030 .

OBJECTIVE :

Increasing the production & productivity across the globe by application of research and development .

Engaging the small & marginal farmers in the makhana production activities for better livelihood and improving their socio economic condition .

Improving the wetland areas economy through makhana production. e.t.c.

Technical linkage with national & international institution .

To ensure adequate , appropriate , timely and concurrent attention to all the links in the production , post harvest and consumption chain .

To disseminate technologies using participatory approach through demonstration .

Use of digital technology to improve the resource mapping data & real time intervention .

To establish convergence and synergies among numerous Govt & Non Govt schemes .
